Placing an order with The Rag And Bone Lady means you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Terms of Use as well as the terms mentioned below:
1. All our items are sold in as described/as is condition.
2. Please remember all items will have a varied degree of wear from mint condition to well worn. Refer to the item description and/or email us for more info about the item you want. We do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition.
3. All flaws are mentioned, occasionally we will not mention tiny flaws that are hidden and do not affect the wearing of the item.
4. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We ship every day of the week except Sundays. Expect a delay in shipment if it's a national holiday or Christmas, when we may slow down. We will always try, but cannot promise same day or next day delivery/shipping.

Shipping
All goods will be shipped as soon as payment is confirmed. Parcels should be delivered within seven days, but will usually just take one or two days to arrive. We use Special Delivery from Royal Mail for delivery within UK and Parcelforce for worldwide delivery. Parcels require signature on delivery and can be tracked by using the tracking number you will receive once the parcel has been shipped.
As well as being able to purchase the goods on this website you may also make an appointment to view the collection in the flesh. All you have to do is to contact me through the information below, and make an appointment to the view the collection in person. You can also email me and make request for anything specific you would like me to look out for.

Returns
We hand pick our clothes to ensure that the items reach you in fantastic wearable condition. However, due to the nature of vintage clothing there may occasionally be small imperfections in the goods. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we do offer full refunds. We do not refund postage and packaging fees.

If you would like to return an item for a refund you must contact us by email stating the order number and reason for returning the item within 3 days of receipt of your order.
However, we cannot issue refunds unless the goods are in the same condition as they were sent to you. Customers must provide proof of postage for all returns as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in the post.
